A little late on this post

We haven't posted for a while so I thought I'd throw some pictures that we've taken recently to update everyone on what we've been doing around the house.

The landscaping for the front has started.

Just a Sunday Project

Justin and I really blew the pants off a "Quick" Sunday project.

We started just raking up the wood chips in the back and by the time we were done we had a new flower bed with plantings!

All of the wood chips raked and bagged.

We thought we might be able to burn them all, that didn't work. So we got the lawn waste bags.

We used the bricks from the front to make an edge to our new flower bed. No wonder they were so jagged and gross out front. There was mortar still attached to them! We had to use sand and level them out so that they were nice and straight.

Every job needs a good supervisor,

All done! Mom gave us some hosta and ferns, can't wait for them to grow!

Next project is the front yard! YIKES!!!!!
